My family owns multiple houses in the Troy area, and we use Lewis Pest Control for quarterly pest control as well as annual termite prevention. The technician we use is Christopher, and he is great with the renters, working with them and their schedule, to apply their quarterly treatment. Unprofessional and intrusive. Lewis Pest Control showed up to our home unannounced: not once, but twice. The first visit was marked by a rude and overly aggressive sales pitch. A week later, the same representative returned without notice, honked his horn from the driveway instead of knocking, and then proceeded to call our phones when we didn’t respond to the honking. Called them with a termite sighting in bait traps I set out. They came out next day and gave me best price anywhere on inspection and new bait stations. Very professional and very caring folks and with the speed in service and expertise I will use them again and definitely recommend them.
