Billing team is an absolute mess. They sent me invoice, it wouldn't let me pay online. I called in and they couldn't find a record, so I had to call back a few days later. I did and paid the invoice via Credit Card. Cue a few weeks later, I receive another invoice. Figuring the payment and invoice crossed, I ignored it. My experience started off a bit rocky due to a mix-up with how my insurance was posted. However, I have to give major credit to the Med Tech team they truly made it right. They not only solved the issue but also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied and everything was taken care of. Mistakes happen, but what matters most is how they're handled. Scumbag company tries to bill 5 times market price for dme. Will not pay a dime.
Terrible customer service, Terrible brace. They were not helpful at all, beware of the scams that this company tries to pull. (owner didn't even respond to my email)
They manage to send the invoice after return time in purpose so you lose chance if rerurn or replace defected items. Plus they hire idiot incompetent people for customer service and they very mean with clients never solve problems. Please do yourself a favor when you see this company involve run away and save your money.
