Billing team is an absolute mess. They sent me invoice, it wouldn't let me pay online. I called in and they couldn't find a record, so I had to call back a few days later. I did and paid the invoice via Credit Card. Cue a few weeks later, I receive another invoice. Figuring the payment and invoice crossed, I ignored it.
