Very little wait time staff very attentive
By far the best urgent care place I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, Liz on reception was so helpful and then seeing the doctor, Stephanie, made the experience even better as she was so very patient and so very nice with us. I can highly recommend MedOne and wouldn’t choose any other urgent care in future!
I was going to use Medicare for the first time here. I'd had a bad experience with my employer's insurance and I was looking forward to using it. When I walked in, I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist who wasn't really familiar with Medicare. I don't have a supplement plan, and she talked about billing the remainder to my home. That was upsetting for me because I'd already paid a huge upfront premium to Medicare, and had figured that the office visit would be something I could pay for when I was through with the visit.
