Muy mal servicio empezando por el security y terminando por la manager del edificio Marielys se piensan que tú vas a pagar renta y aser lo que a ellos les dé la gana el security vive en la esquina con la de mantenimiento y se piensa q eso es su casa muy descarados , las alfombra de los pasillos huelen muy mal , el agua de las tuberías sale sucia , y los vecinos metidos en todo menos en lo de ellos todo muy mal no se lo recomiendo a nadie

Very nice and quiet building. Clean and safe. I’ve been living here for over four years, and I knew it long before when I visited friends. The cleanliness is excellent; often, it’s the tenants themselves who don’t take care of it and then criticize. Regarding negative comments about ‘asking permission to use the pool and gym,’ this is something that is CLARIFIED in the interview before moving in, as part of the rules and regulations.
