I took my first class yesterday and I just loved it I practice meditation at home everyday but this was different I will do it more often in this peaceful place

This is an awesome little place. Very cozy and intimate setting. A little bit of a drive for me bit so worth it. I am definitely coming back.
I was in town for business and discovered this gem. What an amazing space! Tried the Envision class and it was quite the experience -plenty of options to feel comfortable, great guided mediation journey though a mountain, lighting and sound bowl affects helped connect all senses. Would love to have this in MA or possibly at our corporate office! I'll definitely continue to visit anytime I'm in the area!
