Being new to the Austin area I came across the Meditation Bar on google. My first visit was this past weekend where my friend & I decided to sit in for a meditation. We left feeling peaceful, relaxed & thankful for dropping in. Happy to say, I will return.

This place is incredible! The staff is very warm and knowledgeable and they are very effective at making meditation practice approachable for all levels. There's a strong feeling of community and I'm happy to be a part of it!

Great energy, loved the sound bowl bath and meditation! Lots to do fun & healthy in the area like Galaxy cafe and foot massage across the street!!! 😎💗✌️
