This was my first guided meditation class, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The ambience was amazing. The lighting, the smell, the whole feel of the place was instantly relaxing. I attended a session during the lunch hour, which was very convenient. The other people attending were very friendly—it felt like a community. The class was refreshing and energizing. I absolutely LOVE attending classes at the Meditation Bar. Krista's Release Class is what gets me up on Saturday mornings, followed by her Aroma class which balances out the remainder of my weekend. Josh is wonderful and most accommodating. The atmosphere is calming, welcoming and most of all, everyone is welcomed. I signed up, a beginner, and felt right at home! A MUST come check out.

Amazing! I have done the aroma mediation class & the singing crystal bowls. You leave so relaxed and at peace. You escape the crazy world for a while.
The Meditation Bar is SUPERB ! I highly recommend the experience! They offer affordable new client packages and they are all so very welcoming regardless of your meditation experience. The room is perfect to tune out and tune in to peace! You only have stress to lose!
I can't get tired of saying how amazing this business is. I went for the singing bowls and had one of my top 10 lifetime experiences. We are spoiled! Thanks for the work that you do to keep this place open for us!
