Staff at this facility are extremely caring, trustworthy, well-trained and attentive to those who live there. My family member is well cared for, and that brings peace of mind.
Medicalodges of Columbus staff is great. They take the time to care for the residents like they are family.
I was the administrator of this facility in the early 2000s, but I discovered that Skilled Nursing Administration is not for sissies, so I went back to teaching. When the time came for my parents to need skilled nursing care I chose them not once or twice, but three times. The first time I called Amy for help, my mother needed hip rehabilitation, but my father stayed with me. I am very proud to be the executive director of this home and have been a part of Medicalodges for 26 years. The staff truly love the residents like family. It has been a fun career to help bring our facility to the highest standards of care, be a PEAK culture change facility, have many KHCA award winners for the care they provide. Caring for our elders in the community is a great honor!
