The wait time is terrible if they give you an appointment plan on spending 4 to 5 hrs there before getting out the door. You don't have a long wait in the waiting room they put you in an exam room and forget about you.
I didnt have to wait no time to get registered then i just barely had sat down when my little boy got called back to a room then Dr Hubbard came in their to see us within ten mins and she was very nice. The nurses was nice. The guy Matt that put the insoles in my little boy shoes was very good with him played with him and made him laugh. All together my experience was great. My boy loved all the toys. Its very kid friendly.
We didn't have to wait at all. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses, the radiologist, to the doctors treated my 4 year old daughter & our family like we were practically family. They gave went above & beyond with her care & to ease any fears she might have. There were many toys & books in all the rooms & waiting areas and she was given an iPad to play with while her cast was put on. Great hospital!!!!!
I love it they do a very good job they help my son alot
