I had a 3:40 appointment and didn't get in until 4:40. There was no one in the waiting room the whole time we were here. They said they had to take care of ER patients first. Sounds like being on stand by. This should have been addressed when the appointment was made. Never again will I use this facility. Baptist South is a 5 Star facility.
This is the best imaging facility I have been to in living here for 18 years. I never have to wait. All care is provided with great professionalism and attention to detail. I have the same experience in over five visits to the emergency room connected to the facility; all the doctors and nurses are exceptional. So this test was done back in March 2026. The reception staff were excellent along with the technicians. All were very friendly and professional. I was taken right at my appointment time. The test itself was easy and quick. For the staff, registration and the test itself, I would give 5 stars. For the resulting test results report, I would give it a ZERO. I would love to give this place five stars, but I'm giving two and it can be blamed on the radiologist that does the reads. Today is Tuesday. I went on Friday to have a CT done, generally reads are completed that day, as of today I have heard nothing. It's a very easy read, CT head and neck... five minutes of a rads time, I absolutely know this because I'm a rad tech.
