I went to ER the other night in alot of pain. Everyone was so nice and took great care in finding out the problem treating it.
Good experience, competent personnel!
The ER facility was clean. The receiving nurse was kind and efficient. We did not have to Wait excessively. The nurse following Dr. Madden’s instructions did the swab for Covid and flu, to rule out my complaint was due only to Allergy,@ severe Sinusitus. Prescriptions were given after diagnosis confirmed. Would recommend this facility highly. I am thankful my daughter took me there,December 27,2025.
I waited over 3 hours to be seen and ultimately had to go somewhere else. This is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing. If this place wants to keep patients and stay in business, they need significantly more staff and better management of wait times.
The staff and service was Top Tier. I highly recommend!
