Extremely professional and it's the only place I will go if I have more issues.Medical City of Sachse is the best hospital I've ever been too amazing staff.

Brought my 88 y/o father to the ER with severe abdominal pain and vomiting. No staff at all in the ER! Waited for 10 minutes without seeing anyone. No buzzer, no phone, no way to even let someone know we were there. What good is an ER that has no staff there to see or triage incoming patients?? Totally unacceptable for this facility to call itself an emergency room. Left and went to Methodist ER on hwy190 and were greeted and seen immediately. Think twice before coming to this facility with an emergency.

I dont understand how this hospital can even dare to have an emergency room. I walked in here after getting a call that my brother was brought here by ambulance and there is literally not 1 staffed person to get any information from. I walked around the hallway to information and no one is there either . There's a lady bawling her eyes out in pain in the waiting room with us, I mean this is ridiculous.

Visit 2 I went in after developing numbness on half my face. Called the nurse line first and my PCP and both recommended I go to the ER to make sure I had not had a stroke. Again, simply stellar. I love this ER. Got in right away, gave them the details and progression of my symptoms. The doc was puzzled and ordered a CT scan which was performed within minutes of seeing the doc.
