Terrible nursing staff, but the doctor was great. After the doctor discharged me, the nurse made me wait for more than 40 minutes. I checked twice, and each time they said, “We’re coming,” but no one ever showed up. Very disappointing experience. Avoid this place.
Great health care staff on my previous visit
I cannot recommend Medical City Sachse to future patients. In early 2026, our elderly father was picked up by Garland City's 911 Ambulance service. Although he told them to go to Presbyterian, they took him to Medical City Sachse instead. I will say the staff often smiled and worked hard to keep him comfortable as he remained in their care. They do have a demanding job and I think they spread themselves around appropriately taking care of their patients. One star for being clean. Terrible service. Once the ER nurses get you hooked up, they rarely check back. Needed to use the bathroom after being there for 3 hours, I called , yelled nothing... I had to unhook myself from the disorganized cluster of double iv and leads they had criss crossed over me with machine alarms going off while I hobbled to a desk to tell two nurses sitting there I'd been calling for an hour.
