I came to the ER because I was in A Fib now the ER they were ok but they sent me to the 2nd floor, it was like day and nite Marisol the charge nurse that nite was so sweet she sat with me for a while and ask me questions that they need to know while my nurse named Wes was busy with someone else at the time when we were finished Marisole was telling me my nurse would be right in as he walked in the room. Stay away from third floor My husband had a tumor removed on a Friday. The surgeon and the pre op people were great!! He was sent to floor six. Outstanding care. Friendly and on the spot with information for my husband. They did not miss a beat. he was released on Sunday. Unfortunately today he was rushed to the ER due to being very ill. The er was great. Rushed him in to surgery again snd after sent to the third floor. By far the worse in care. It took 45 minutes before we were even acknowledgedvin the room by pushing... read more

On the 14th I had an angioplasty. The nurses and doctors were there usual excellent. I saw another Essential worker. A small lady from housekeeping Was cleaning empty rooms. I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone care more about her job and patient care. She left not one surface in those rooms unsterilized. She wiped UNDER the mattresses. I only wish I’d gotten her name.
