They have been nothing but absolutely nice and understanding with me! Their bills aren't too bad, and they're very flexible about a lot of things. I have been talking to surgeon Dr. Shah each visit, and he is absolutely kind and professional about everything we discuss. Thanks, guys, for all of your help and support! My back appreciates it!
I just had a baby there on December 18, 2014. I had the best experience ever. I was diagnosed with Pre-Eclampsia in September '14, so I had many trips back and forth to L&D for my blood pressure going up too high. The Labor and Delivery nurses and staff became family. When I finally had my daughter at 35 weeks, I couldn't have asked to be in better hands! From the NICU doctors/ nurses to my postpartum nurses, I felt at home. Every single nurse, and staff member that work in labor & delivery is amazing, they definitely made my birthing experience as comfortable as possible, from the moment I was greeted by my first nurse, I knew my baby and I were in good hands! We have been repeat users of this hospital for years. The ER Staff on Saturday night were the most unprofessional staff we have encountered and we will most likely not use this facility for emergencies again. The doctor was laughing regarding my husbands medical condition, the nursing staff was laughing at a patient in the room next to us and discussion his condition to where we could hear every word, we were told an injectable medication was not made however when we called the nurse out on it, she admitted that the pharmacy... read more
Went into the ER because my 8 month old son was sick and mind you this was not my first time there. I like it because they are quick to tend to you&usually very friendly but that day the staff was really rude & inconsiderate. The male nurse that first came to see us was taking to me like he was crazy &saying that strep throat doesn't cause bad breath.
