Get directionsThe medical team was amazing and made me feel right at home after giving birth to my Son Dakota on November 22, 2016. I will definitely be going back there to have the rest of my children.
Muy buen servicio de todo el personal muy amables y pacientes con los que no hablamos ingles. En general un excelente. Servicio no solo 5 estrellas les doy sino 10
From the day I went in to find out I was pregnant to the day I gave birth and the hospital stay I had such a great experience with my first pregnancy that now with my second pregnancy even with the move to fort worth I drive about an hour just so that I am able to see Dr.Villalba. Then only issue I had was a lady from billing coming into my room asking how We were going to pay the day after I gave birth. Seemed a little rude and something that could have waited till the day we were checking out. Other than that all the nurse... read more
ER - no waiting time, my doctor and ER Nurse Mickey took really good care of me and got my pain under control fast! Day Surgery - pre-op - my nurse Faye - super sweet and really concerned for my comfort. Front Desk - very knowledgeable and super sweet! Registration - very nice and quick.
Rude! Never listened to one word I said about how I was feeling. They seem to want to charge you for things you don't need. I'm disappointed in the staff at this hospital. I was talked over the entire time and they were going to discharge me with no mess to help. I had to ask for some.... you work with people! How would you feel if your family member received the service you gave me???? Shape up!
This facility wouldn't even be worthy of one star! The doctor, nurse, and tech were all rude! My sister and I took my mother there for chronic back pain only to be asked what we were doing there as well as to be told that this ER has more serious patients to deal with than my mother. I am amazed at the lack of sympathy of the staff! Im sure anyone with a mother crying and in pain would feel the same. Just sad. Don't go here even if you are dying!
Worst hospital Ever. Wouldn't recommended to anyone
Dr. Larson, the Respiratory Therapist, X-Ray dept. and Nurses were outstanding. After battling a severe respiratory infection for a month with several Dr. visits and medications, I feel we are finally on the right track.
Nee pediatrician is there. Had wait 2 hours with 1 month old baby. Loved the pediatrician but the wait is not even right.
