We have wonderful nurses and other staff and big thx to kesha in icu and kristy in pcu
Just wish they;d IV and prescribe stronger painmeds.....broken ribs are NOT fun....especially 4!
My husband and I have been to ER many times. It's been wonderful.
Love this hospital the staff is just great everyone from ER to all the nurses Doctors are the best took very good care of me. Give them a five star
Dr. E. Matthews has been our internal medicine doctor for years. He is the reason my dad is alive. However, Dr. Mace-Motta is HORRIBLE. By far the worst Ob/Gyn I've ever been to. She made me cry when I was pregnant, and removed my mother's ovaries during a hysterectomy after my mother specifically asked her to only take her uterus. She looks down her nose at patientsband is very rude and opinionated. Her yelp reviews have some pretty traumatizing experiences listed by patients as well.
I have delivered all 4 of my kids at this awesome hospital! There are at least 3 or 4 other hospitals that are closer to where I live but I would choose this facility again and again. The first thing that stands out is that every employee that I came in contact with LOVES where they work. Whether it was the dietary people, the housekeepers, the awesome nurses and doctors, everyone was genuinely nice, caring and compassionate. Las Colinas Medical Center is an amazing facility. Please do not go here if you need to have an emergency c-section or fear that something maybe wrong with your pregnancy because you are entering your third trimester and your bleeding but this hospital will give you a cup of ice water and send you on your way. To end up later going into labor when my son came early. After telling most women my horror story, the women I work with whom or live around the area always reconsider this being their main hospital for delivering their babies. Please reconsider.
