Was there yesterday for an outpatient surgery and the front desk staff and registration staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and doctors were all great! I had a great experience!

I gave birth to both my kids(Jan 2011 and April 2014) at Las Colinas Medical Center. I was really grateful to the staff there. There were some truly wonderful nurses and many other members of the staff who took care of me and my babies!

My had a head injury yesterday & they brought me into the emergency room asap! I didn't have to fill out stupid paper work before they saw me or anything. I was so happy. I was in the hospital for maybe two hours & I was on my way. The doctors & nurses treated me with nothing but respect & kindness.

Just had shoulder surgery here yesterday. Staff was very nice and very helpful. These hospitals are always nice even when other reviews suggest they are rude. I think being respectful and kind goes a long way to have a great experience. If you are rude, they will also be. Thats my experience with nurses and doctor's. The reason I gave it 4 star is they told me to be there at 5:30 and didnt get me registered and take me back until 6:45. They were very slow also. Never had to wait that long. My Mom is here for the second time. Both experiences have been exceptional, EVERY PERSON that has walked in her room has been extremely professional, showing the utmost compassion for her. Our family is very blessed that God has provided Orthopedic Surgeons & Hospitalists that are highly skilled & truly care about their patients. Their medical treatment is driven by the philosophy of what they would do if it were their loved one, giving our family such a peace in a stressful time.

Poor service! My doctor and nurse from the ER never communicated, he would say one thing and she would not listen or just ignore what he said. Then they sent me up to Labor and Delivery to monitory baby. Didn't have a room ready at all after I'd been in the ER for almost three hours knowing I was going to be sent up there. Then after staying up there for another two hours all they did was put a little microphone on my stomach and said okay you can leave. Didn't have the same concerns as the ER doctor at all. Never again.

I have had the best care at las colinas medical center! Everyone here has been great they make sure everything you need is available to you and actually care about their patients! I would recommend this hospital to everyone that has to have any care!
