The ER was really dirty and disgusting. The way they have it setup is not efficient or effective. Someone needs to be involved in six sigma and work on this process. When I was sitting in the back with my father that came in I could hear the ambulance workers frustrated several times because they were told to go to a room and someone was already in it. Seems like. I one knows what is going on in that place. I do want to say that the nurse my father had was really great. Just the entire process was horrible and dingy.
The Doctors were great they listen to your problem took charge the staff jump in to make you feel at easy and listen in great detail!,Beautiful Rn's
My mom was sent here from PPGH and we have been in MICU. The staff is amazing to her and myself. Have not wanted for anything. Dr Cota and her team are fabulous!! Every person we have came in contact with has been over and above excellent!!!
I think that Medical City, Fort Worth is the best hospital bar none! The doctors are always very thorough in their development of a treatment plan for my 95.5 year old Mother. The Nurses and Techs are patient and gentle as they cared for my Mother who has Alzheimer's disease. My Mother had a severe UTI and in one day I could see progress in her health status. I value Medical City so much that I had my Mother transported from a nursing home in Alvarado,Tx past Hugley Hilton Hospital to Medical City, Fort Worth. Some hospitals... read more
