What was once an incredibly reputable and extremely good hospital that I can say saved my life in 2011 has now become a true embarrassment to HCA hospitals. A visit to the ER last weekend has forever changed how I feel about this facility. I went in for a relatively standard respritory issue that had been going on for some time. I never once saw an actual doctor, there was little to no privacy on a slow day. The most shocking thing I noticed was the lack of attention to patient privacy concerns. What a total disaster. Brought a friend here last night with chest pain. Discharged from the ED after many hours of minimal uncaring care. We went straight to Harris where he was admitted and had an emergency heart cath. This hospital needs to close.
