Great experience, as great as it can be for having surgery. Neurosurgeon Dr. Ward was awesome I had a Lumbar laminectomy L4 to S1 with fusion and pedicle screws instrumentation. My pain has been a maximum of maybe five on their Pain Scale. Most of the first day here it's been between 2 and 3 and I haven't been on a lot of pain medicine. The entire staff is very professional and they're looking out for your needs.
I have been dealing with this hospital for over three years and they have the best staff. They are always courteous even when I'm being disgruntled. I recommend it to everyone.
Was treated like a VIP....home now and will rest for a couple weeks. Thanks for you're prayers.
The personal in the ER & 4th floor were great. They all took very good care of me & my family. Very impressed with the care I received from everyone.
Waited 28 hours before taking me to the Cath lab..and took me only when I demanded to go...they were going to send me home!!!! I was having a heart attack...their lack of appropriate care caused more damage to my heart. I had to have a stent placed due to a major obstruction in my heart! Nursing staff did not even check on me during the night on the cardiac floor...and I was one of their own nurses in the Emergency Department! I took my own nitroglycerin during the night to ease the chest pain as no one came in at all!! Fail... read more
