I was transferred to Medical City Forth Worth on March 7th, 2017 with 95% blockage in the arteries going to my heart. After spending two days in ICU being stabilized I had open heart surgery on March 9th. Found out later that the surgery turned out to be quite complex but successful and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Anderson, his team and the ICU staff for giving me exceptional care. I could not have been in better hands.

As I enjoy this very quiet peaceful moment of the morning I know that I must recognize the people that I have just spent the last two weeks with. This hospital, the staff of 7th floor and the team of doctors that crossed my path have been without doubt a blessing from God. Don't bother going to the ER unless you're dying. They won't treat you to determine the issue. They will send you off with pills and tell you to see someone else. The patient advocate is a joke as well.
I cannot even express how wonderful the nurses and doctors are at this hospital. My mother is currently there and she has been cared for better than I could have ever imagined. The medical staff there is so caring and attentive and I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! Very impressed!!
