Fix the ER! This is horrible. How embarrassing this is for management. I would be ashamed to be someone involved in this department. The wait is from hell and clean your floors!
RecommendedI reccomend medical city for Dr f and his team who did a rare surgery on my spine but the nurses who cared for me while I was there were awful and did not listen to me ....im still in pain in one of my hands 3 weeks later for them not listening to me that my IV was hurting 3 nurse I got poked 5 times to try to get another IV placed ....the pik team came in with there machine got my IV first time but left the bad IV in makes no sense .. my bad if was in pain from 9 am that morning til about 6pm when they took it off and it st... read more
They called the family right after the patient done with the surgery, when i came, asked 3 nurses stations and they had no idea where the patient is, finally at nurse station #4 , could locate where the patient at, However his room is not ready and the family has to wait for another 3 hours maybe more ( still waiting right now) . Go to Baylor or UT Southwestern not Medical City!!!!
RecommendedThey took excellent care of my husband during his chemo, pre & post stem cell transplant.
RecommendedProfessional all the way. With 5 buildings, one could get lost here EXCept for outstanding signage that guides you right to your location. And we spent 3 weeks there. Food served was really very good & trays were brought to the patient’s room by the most cheerful “servers.” We felt safe there.
