Had a ct scan here 2 weeks ago and IV was done perfect! Today another procedure and IV hurt like hell. I told the nurse it hurt. He did nothing. Before giving the IV he sprayed something cold to help numb the area....NO SIR!! He was trying to hide the fact he was about to ef up my arm...Smh Huge bruise! Pic in comments.
In my 21 years of life I've never needed surgery until a recent car accident, I was extremely nervous and uncertain about what was unfolding before me. We scheduled a meet and greet with Dr. Wood to go over what exactly the problem was, mind you the night before I googled every way to avoid surgery, I didn't believe my wrist was that damaged. VERY, VERY slow service at this ER. Arrived there around 6pm, no room was available until midnight. No hand soap in the restroom, makes you think how sanitary anything else is??? They take you back and forth multiple times, I think, to allow claiming patients only have to set in waiting room "x" amount of minutes for advertising.
Some of the most friendliest, helpful and dedicated people that I have encountered in a while!!! This was my first time there and I was impressed with my treatment!!!
