Since I sent TWO registered letters about a billing error and have not been contacted by anyone I assume Mission Hospital thinks they can commit Medicare FRAUD! I will see what Medicare, SHIPP, The NC Department of Insurance, NC Attorney General Josh Stein and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations thinks about it! My father try to deliver flowers on Tuesday 4/14/20 to a patient who order flowers from my parents flower shop- Prak Plaza florist in the TMC. Two female securities were extremely rude and insulting him like if he was thief. I am RN at TCH and we do not treat our non-employees that way. RecommendedI was there last week and admitted over night. The staff really cares and I knew I was in good hands during a scary time. I only waited about 2 mins before being taken to the back. The drs and especially the nurses made me feel safe and in good hands. . i cant thank them enough!! bless you all💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 my only suggestion is to get a nurse to do the check in outside because they wanted to make me wait in line while potentially about to have a heart attack. security shouldn't be in charge of letting people in.... read more

The care for the cancer patient is lousy and very bad, the nurses mistreat the patients, the staff in that room must be embarrassed by the times those patients spend alone without their families due to the virus problem, and the staff in general This cancer patient room is unprofessional, it is a service that this hospital should close due to its lack of professionalism and low humanity.

Concerns about this hospital continuing to allow nursing students from South College to care for patients during this critical time! Most of these students work at other medical facilities which seems like it would carry a high risk of exposure to all involved. Would appreciate the rescheduling of clinical classes from any schools until after pandemic is past its curve.
