I just had my baby here and our overnight nurse Rachel was absolutely AMAZING! She was super helpful with my pain management, and she got me a better fitting binder when she noticed the first one I was given was too small. She also helped me fix my babies latch when I was having issues. ❤️ The whole staff was amazing and helpful throughout my stay, but I wanted to give Rachel a special shout out for being so amazing.

The doctor and nurse treated PJ McClelland (who died a few days ago from Covid 19) like absolute trash when she went to their hospital for treatment. Attached is a screenshot from the updates she made on her public Facebook page as she battled this horrible disease alone - feel free to go to her FB page and read for yourself. I wouldn’t go to BRH for treatment if it were the last hospital on earth. Rest In Peace sweet PJ. I hope that INCOMPETENT doctor and nurse are visited by karma, sooner rather than later.

Pésimo servicio, en este momento mi hijo está en el hospital con un trombo en la pierna y ya lo están dando de alta, el homólogo no quiere ir porque no tiene seguro, ya se le dijo que se le paga en efectivo pero que vaya a verlo y verifique que esté bien y de plano dijo que sin seguro no, lastima que tengan una profesión solo por dinero o por fregar al seguro. No se le está pidiendo que regale su trabajo, se le va a pagar inmediatamente, pero por lo que veo es una persona que no le importa nada solo el dinero o lo que puedan... read more

The nurse's and doctors are very caring. They took wonderful care for my husband. Every time I called to check on him they were very sweet to me. My husband and I are so blessed to have them caring about him and everyone else 💗 Thank God for them all!

I just had my son here a few weeks ago. I just wanted to say that your labor and delivery staff are ALL fantastic. I ended up having an emergency c section, and every staff member i encountered did everything they could to ease my (very scared) mind about the procedure, and then continued to ease my fears during and afterward. My son ended up in the NICU, and EVERY doctor he had there was amazing as well. They made sure my husband was informed, and ensured that I was able to see my boy the second I could.
