The staff threatens to kick patients out to shelters instead of helping them through the proper channels. Apparently they aren’t knowledgeable in their selected position.
this hospital over charges you when they have out dated equipment, nasty facilities, and doctors who dont tend to their patients! I hate this hospital and please take your sick and dying to another place for care but here! and when they see you have insurance and VERY GOOD insurance is when they over charge and tack on everything! I want my time and money back this hospital is full of thieves and liars starting with dr plano.

fort walton sucks they dont tend to the need of the patient they kicked a patient out to a shelter knowing that she didnt have medical to cover her they need to be slapped for that
RecommendedThe staff was very courteous and caring. Every doctor and nurse including the janitors was so friendly. I have NO COMPLAINTS at all. As a heart patient being stressed and frustrated was the last thing I needed and believe me I never was. The surgeon who did my stents and staff was superb! Thank you so much for your concerns and a big thank you to the cafeteria staff and the assistants who took my vitals oh and a big thanks to all the phlebotomists who did not have to stick me but once without wiggling the sharp needles looki... read more
Terrible experience with billing. Brandon regional made an error in their coding causing a huge headache.
