I recently delivered at Medical City Alliance and the experience was awesome! EVERY single nurse and staff member we encountered was so professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better labor, delivery, postpartum & nursery experience.
Thanks for the great care during my husband's angiogram! It started on time and ended on time and was a very smooth process.
The docs are hit or miss so are the nurses....either they are awesome or they make u feel like crap and that you are not being cared for properly. And in the future make sure u don’t tell a parent to get the blood work off the website for a minor when the parent cannot get the info with first filing out a proxy form. Y’all need to focus on more consistent quality of care from everyone. It’s not awful but it could be better
I had my second child at this hospital. The staff was good I have minimum complaints. My favorite nurse was Christa, the night staff was AMAZING! They were patient and thoughtful couldn't ask for more. However, the beds were dreadful and very hard to get comfy especially after having a vaginal baby and trying to breastfeed. Breastfeeding was rough and my lactation consultant Jenny really put forth effort and encouraging words to keep me at it. Today marks the one year anniversary of my early morning trip to the hospital - Medical City Alliance - suffering from a sever lack of blood to my heart. After being rushed there by my brother-in-law, Ron, the staff worked diligently to make sure I made it through those critical first few hours. I was only there about six hours before being transferred to a second hospital, but I was in much better shape when I left then when i got there I will be forever grateful to so many who played a part in keeping me alive. I had surgery February 21, 2018 and my pre- op nurse, Michelle was amazing . She took great care of me . I’ve never had someone start an IV on me as good as Michelle. I didn’t even feel it . All the nurses , anesthesiologist, Dr Walters was Incredibly caring and I would recommend this facility to anyone .
