I brought my 1 year old daughter in on Monday with 104.7 fever, rapid breathing, fast heart, pale skin, dry cracked lips, inability to make tears. ...this is all from your exam of her. Yet the ER didn't start a line or do a single blood test. They discharged us with an antibiotic.... the same day we were admitted through Cooks ER on sepsis isolation with critical dehydration and double kidney infection. Medical City Alliance took such great care of me when I had my son there last March. Their staff was so kind and uplifting. When my son made an unexpected trip to the NICU, these nurses helped me and were there for me during all the ups and downs. I already told my husband we can’t move until we are done having children so I can have them all at this hospital.
I gave birth here 4 weeks ago today and it was the best experience! I loved mine and my son’s nurses from labor & delivery to postpartum. They were all so helpful! The labor room is nice and spacious!
Visited Medical City ER in Saginaw with severe dog bite. Was greeted, registered and admitted immediately. Nurse Cathy and Dr. Masson treated and medicated me. They were extremely professional and caring. My original Medicare was processed without delay. This was my first visit to this facility and will be my first choice of emergency care facility in the future.
Everyone treated me excellent.
I came.in to check on my 2 wk old infant and to get some resolution for my kidney stone and infection since my gyno is on spring break i asked for my migraine and my tylenol 3 to be refilled to get me thru till next week when I see.my pcp, neurologist, and urologist I KKKOOOLLLL)
Love this hospital overall love the nurses in L&D there all awesome , Caring and very careful with the patient and babies
