My father has been in and out of the hospital for falling. Other locations dismissed him but Alliance took such good care of him and helped us find a rehab center to help him recover. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. I am so thankful for their help the last 4 days.

They treated my chest pain like a common cold. I filled out a check-in sheet at an unmanned front desk. She finally signed me in several minutes later. Sat in the waiting room forever. The MA practically made me bleed out putting in my IV. They didn’t check on me until after I pushed the call button and even still my husband had to go track the nurses down. The ER was quick to help me! Doctors and nurses very caring. Clean rooms and facilities. I ended up with an Appendicitis and treatment was same day! Happy I came here.
I had to return to sign to the birth certificate and the lady who called us said that she would be there at 8 and we show at 8:25 and she wasn’t here..and this was after having a bad experience delivering here...
THANK YOU, thank you: doctors and staff! Our family did not plan to spend Father's Day weekend bedside with my mom in the Progressive Care Unit - but who would?! I highy recommend Medical City Alliance as the highest level care in this community. A Professional, Compassionate, High Quality experience with every encounter.
