Medical city is a joke. Best answer we got was sorry we don't have the staff to treat you. O No we are not going to run any test, that will not help. How about we just give you a refill on what Care-Now gave you because they are obviously are the forefront of the medical profession. So note to self per Medical City just go to Care-Now they are better equipped to take care of you apparently.
I was in on Sept 12th on my daughters 16th birthday and my nurse Ashley was beyond amazing!! Ashley went above and beyond for me and my daughter while i stayed over night, not only was so attentive to my needs as a PT she went and got my daughter Balloons, flowers, stuffed bear, brownies and ice cream for my daughters birthday and had all of the ER staff sign a card and come into my room and sing to her!!!! I was hospitalized for 10 days here. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to take care of me and make my stay as comfortable as possible. I want to say thank you to Medical City Alliance doctor's and staff for saving my life. They worked tirelessly and did not rest until I as able to be released from the hospital and go home to my family. God bless you!
I went yesterday and immediately felt discriminated against by the check in person. The one nurse I had was so sweet Deb I believe her name was. All the others were mediocre. Joe I believe was my recovery nurse he was nice but he went to wheel me out with my IV still in my arm. I had to remind him it was still in. Over all a meh experience.
Excellent service love the treatment mu sister is getting
Brought my father in for abdominal pain. Have yet to see his actual nurse and we've been here for almost 2 1/2 hours. No one has offered him a blanket when he is freezing. All the nurse are sitting at the nurse station laughing and talking. Worst ER experience ever. I will not be coming back nor recommending this hospital to anyone.
