This place is nothing more than the old Community Hospital dressed in Prada which goes to show you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear. Nobody gives a damn. In the last week of December and first week in January, my mother was discharged twice only to be readmitted the very next day for the same thing. One of those days was Christmas. The hospitalist 'doctors' dismissed her. I'm a nurse and when I asked questions as to why nothing was really being done to help my mother, I was told "well, she's 86." So??? My wife is in the ER and was told without a drivers license, I cant get a visitors pass to go back with her. Im a disabled veteran and she stated we are married, but that old man security guard denied me access. My wife asked again to let me accompany her, she was told no. While at the counter, why did you allow 3 elderly ladies, 2 were being escorted by a 3rd person, to accompany them without asking for her visitors pass? I am currently here with my fiance who is very sick & the nurses are wonderful, they treat him with respect & seem very concerned with his wellbeing & good health. I am thankful for the doctors for caring so much. & so far i am very happy about him being here. Thanks for all your help to the staff at trinity medical center!!! You are making a huge difference in my fiances life! We appreciate you! You have done a much better job then North bay ever could. We are also expecting a baby in 3 months time & we cannot wait!! Playing the waiting game again! After being told that the arnp would be in between 9-10am to go over test results of an MRI from last night. It is now 10:40am and still nothing. Waiting for results to see if he will need to go down for a biopsy that was scheduled and then deleted by the radiologist. Sick of the waiting games. Bad enough the specialist can't be bothered to make morning rounds like a normal Doctor. Absolutely sickening to think this was my favorite hospital.

I was in quite a bit due to what I was told my my PCP was 4 kidney stones and a kidney infection. There was 2 other outside doctors who confirmed. I was sent to trinity by my PCP only to be sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours. Then even though there was at least 7 beds open, they put me in the hallway. The Dr. Accused me of putting the blood in my urine even though I have no open wounds to do so. He was VERY ignorant. I believe it was Dr.Rosse? Or something like that! Total douchbag. Brought husband in for seizures by ambulance, waited over an hour in er and had to complain. Doctor finally came in saw him have one after telling me he wasn't having them. She ran out of the room like a scared child. Then took their time getting him his meds to calm his stomach. Nurse not a very caring demeanor. Doctor ruff too! Never will come back here. Had to retake blood work. Can't wait to get out of here.

I was in the ER on Monday night and again on Thanksgiving evening. The staff was awesome. They took very good care of me. I am so much better now and so thankful that they are there when I need them.

Excellent Care. Staff was truly caring of the patients. Staff was very knowledgeable, informative, comforting, caring. I highly recommend this hospital and glad this is Trinity!
