Been in the ER waiting room for about 5 hours now. Came in after a car accident, was seen quickly for my vitals. Had to wait another hour for my X-rays. And since then, 3 hours ago, I have not heard a single thing from anyone. Very frustrated because I have been dealing with this incident since 10 pm. Came to ER around midnight. It is now 5 am and I am exhausted and honestly just feel like walking out and going home.

Anybody needing medical attention in the Pasco area, avoid Trinity Medical Center at all costs. It's worth the drive to go to any of the other hospitals in the area to get your issues addressed. We had a head on collision at 10pm last night and entered the ER at midnight where they took vitals pretty quickly. 2 hours later X-rays were taken. We then sat in the waiting room until 6am. Once we were in our examining room, we waited an additional 2 hours to be seen by anyone only because we had complained and called the nurses s... read more

I just delivered my baby girl here on the 13th. I went in having to be induced, being a fist time mom I did not know what to expect but I honestly wasnt expecting my experience to go as smoothly and comfortably as it did. The nurses before and after delivery were awesome and right there if my baby or I needed anything. Dr. Smith is a great doctor, knowing I did not want a c section unless it was totally necessary he did not give up on me after I was having a hard time pushing. Even the anesthesiologist, I was so nervous abou... read more

Karen King Jarvis Just wanted to say THANK YOU to the nurses on the FIFTH floor for taking such great care of my husband , Forrest., while he was in this past 10 days. His stay was so great because you made him feel loved and welcome and cared about. Hospital stays can be hard on those confined and their families and it makes such a difference for both. So thank you so much.

The first triage nurse we encountered, Susan, clearly did not feel like working today. My relative who has cancer and has to walk with a walker needed to take her time walking (obviously) came to the ER because of constant headache and dizziness. Not only did this nurse not stay by my cousin's side to be sure and catch her should she fall over....Susan was apparently in a race with herself and acted like we were taking too long to keep up with her. She ended up just pointing to the room in which my cousin was to be seen in, ... read more

Although the nurses in the icu are great the folks who answer the phone are the worst ever. My wife is trying desperately to get a form signed after her father died (that was supposed to be done 2 days ago) and the person on the phone asked her to stop crying before she transferred her. Then transferred her to the wrong person. Get it together! Unbelievable!

New system to cut your "wait time in half". That is laughable at best. Been here in ER over 3 hours. They created a bunch of new specific waiting rooms on the entire ER wing. Sick and injured people lining the halls crowding each other. It's sad and disgusting. Staff is rude, short, and extremely judgemental. Such a waste of a nice facility. Hard lesson learned, but I will go out of my way to make sure my friends, family and patients do NOT go here for any medical emergency. A miserable representation of health care in every... read more
