OK.... So I seem to be spending a lot of time at Trinity lately. The 4th floor specifically. Just left here 6 days ago after a 10 day stay and now i'm back for who knows how long. The point of this is to SHOUT IT OUT... They are rock stars here. If you live close enough... your foolish not to come here. Insist on it because you must remember that it isn't your Dr that cares for you it is the Nurses. I always seem to be on the 4th floor and here they are #1. They gave me the best treatment From Dr. Shah to the entire Nursing staff for Bells Palsy... They let me go home right before. � Christmas �
Medical Center of Trinity has the best nurses and staff. Those nurses have your life in their care. The staff is always polite, concerning and make sure you understand what they are saying! Best hospital � ever!!
Shitty. They were rude and made me feel very dumb because I'm a first time mom and I didn't give my kid tylonal before I came. They rushed us yet took forever.! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I just want to thank the crews morning and night shift nurses in labor/delivery. You woman are great. Great medical staff in the surgery areas too. At visitor check-in, ( sat-12/17, 11:30 am) I was with my friend. There were two girls, one helped my friend while I waited. The other girl didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited. Someone else came in, she put her book down and helped him. Thats just wrong. Then the person we went to see, wanted to get out of bed. Alarms sounded, took a while for someone to come even after he pressed the call nurse button. The aid that came told us he can't get out of bed due to being a fall risk. A big thank you to the staff at 4 west for the extra care given to my friend Ralph Kuhnert. He is back there again. Special thumbs up to RN Shawna on his first visit 2 weeks ago. God Bless all of you. Keep up the great care you give.
I had to take my 2 year old to the ER last night and they were very accommodating and good with her! I was impressed with the doctors, nurses and staff. They went out of their way to make sure she was okay.
