My mother had a left hip replacement surgery here on February 6th 2018. Dr. Jennifer Cook was her orthopedic surgeon and she was wonderful as well as her P.A. Thomas who rounded at the hospital post-operatively with Dr. Cook. The pre-op nurses, surgical/ recovery staff, and anesthesia personnel we great for the surgical procedure. After recovery she taken to 2 West, this floor was absolutely phenomenal!!! I can not say enough about the staff that cared for her. Went in for heavy bleeding and miscarriage. Staff got me right in and was wonderful to me and my family . Thanks to all staff at trinity.
I went in July 2107 for an accident that happened to my face. I received no ice or at least Motrin for the pain. I had to clean my own wounds after the nurse left a bottle of saline/water there to get rid of the blood on my face. She couldn't clean the wounds for her and the other nurses needed to go on break. So my husband became my nurse. The dr. only prescribed what my husband felt he should and could care less about what I really needed.
