Awful...go to Kettering or mvh.. Filthy uncaring. And I've been a nurse sine 1979.... All. I can say Is go else where told me to pee bed with new knee.. No p ain control let my pca go dry dinged all shift.. .
My husband had a total right hip replacement at the end of November last year. All of your staff from the receptionist to the nurse in pre-op nurses, post-op and all of the staff on the 9th floor were awesome. He is now having his left hip done in September at the same place and same Dr. Dr. Cook is wonderful so is his staff.
recently had a total knee replacement and i felt very comfortable with the staff and the care i received before during and after the surgery. I highly recommend this place.Just over all great care with a great staff,and a great physician! ♡
The Medical Center at Elizabeth Place is a great location to have a surgery. Everyone you speak to during the entire process is kind and willing to help with all your needs. The rooms are private allowing for a quiet recovery for the short after-surgery stay. If I need surgery in the future, I hope my doctor will recommend the Medical Center at Elizabeth Place.
Nurses and staff were wonderful! Came as soon as hit call button! Therapy staff was great! Only complaint was the food!
