HealthSouth is taking care of my mother very well and I love all of them they're very nice and consider nurses and Dr thank you for being there for her

Was in yesterday for a pain pump replacement an very sore today. Was sent home before the Medtronics rep came back in to explain how to use the new device. So i have it and no clue how it works. Just felt very rushed to get me out of there for some reason. I have been therea few times and nothing like this at all. Also sent home with no additional pain meds.
Very professional. Did a real good job of taking care of me and was very patient with me. The one big negative....I came in at 6am and the place was not very well lit. Took me 10 minutes and 3 building to find where I needed to be. Needs lighted signs and more lights in the parking areas. All told, go there for anything you need done there, just do it in daylight.
