The front desk and lab staff were courteous and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with Mary Grace Holloman, NP was very disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or considered. Several medications were suggested almost immediately without a thorough discussion of my history, preferences or alternative options. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. 2 hours to be seen, no prescription for the only thing I wa there for which is insulin for type 1 diabetes. Big waste of time n not sure how that’s not against the law but I filed the paperwork to find out. Didn’t even see a Dr just a PA

Radiology Department, went for ultrasound of thyroid, wait time wasn't long at all , maybe 5 minutes. Then the tech was awesome .She was very kind & accommodating. She was. Kind enough to make my appt for mammogram & then added the reminder for my appt 11/19 . Most of the staff is very kind, I can't lie there are some that's rude & stand offish , however the ones that are kind out number the ones w/ bad attitudes. My mother in law had an appointment and we get to the office and she is not in the system. We argued with the staff and had to wait an hour to be seen as a walk in patient. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Went to the walk-in clinic on Wednesday, felt terrible, sore throat, sinus pain. Saw a nurse practitioner who ordered medications. Two days later I feel so much better. I highly recommend Medical Care LLC.
