Went to the walk-in clinic on Wednesday, felt terrible, sore throat, sinus pain. Saw a nurse practitioner who ordered medications. Two days later I feel so much better. I highly recommend Medical Care LLC.

Saw dr crowder and it was quite the experience. Was told I was “handicapping “ her from doing her job because I wasn’t comfortable doing part of the exam. Never again using them for obgyn care.

Radiology Department, went for ultrasound of thyroid, wait time wasn't long at all , maybe 5 minutes. Then the tech was awesome .She was very kind & accommodating. She was. Kind enough to make my appt for mammogram & then added the reminder for my appt 11/19 . Most of the staff is very kind, I can't lie there are some that's rude & stand offish , however the ones that are kind out number the ones w/ bad attitudes. I went for flu diagnosis or whatever I had was very sick. They refused to see me because I owed a $60 balance said if I could not pay that amount first they wouldn’t see me. I have insurance. I ask if they would bill me. No they said and refused to treat me. Over $60. I think that’s sorry refusing someone healthcare.

Went for my annual physical exam. Appointment time was at 9 and finished at 9 30... intake, screening, vaccine, time with provider , lab work and scheduling future visits. Deanna Hensley ANP has excellent communication and clinical skills. She gave me all the time I needed. All the staff were kind and professional. I had to call in twice for questions and both times answered immediately by staff.
