The front desk and lab staff were courteous and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with Mary Grace Holloman, NP was very disappointing. I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or considered. Several medications were suggested almost immediately without a thorough discussion of my history, preferences or alternative options. Radiology Department, went for ultrasound of thyroid, wait time wasn't long at all , maybe 5 minutes. Then the tech was awesome .She was very kind & accommodating. She was. Kind enough to make my appt for mammogram & then added the reminder for my appt 11/19 . Most of the staff is very kind, I can't lie there are some that's rude & stand offish , however the ones that are kind out number the ones w/ bad attitudes. Wouldn’t have given any stars but I wanted to share my experience it’s the Johnson city med. Care ! I’m a CASH PAYING PATIENT !!!! I came in last week and paid $140.00 to see dr Schultz who i absolutely adore and he is really a wonderful doctor / nurse practitioner, he was too busy to see me, so I get to see somebody else all I ask for is refills on my medication one of which is a BREATHING MEDICATION (advair) since then I’ve messaged tho office 3 or 4 times asking for somebody to PLEASE CALL IN MY ADVAIR THEY REALLY ACT LI... read more

Went to the walk-in clinic on Wednesday, felt terrible, sore throat, sinus pain. Saw a nurse practitioner who ordered medications. Two days later I feel so much better. I highly recommend Medical Care LLC.

First, I have been going here for almost 10 years and I am always treated respectfully. I find most of the staff to be professional , but maybe not overly friendly, but that’s fine. I have Dr McLain as my PCP and he is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and always takes time to listen and understand. His explanations are easy to understand and he will freely allow additional questions or concerns to be considered.
