I highly recommend this primary care office. Dr. Haro is an outstanding physician who truly cares about his patients. The front desk staff is the worst. They are not helpful at all when it comes to helping with prior authorization. Most time they forget to send the medication to the pharmacy. If you call 30 minutes before closing you get placed on hold and they will not come back to answer your call. Pam is not helpful at all. Dr. Haro is amazing and and the two medical assistant that assist him in the rooms are wonderful. Dr. Haro is the reason why I continue to come. The 1 star is for the front desk and Pam.
