If I could give 0 stars I would. I felt like they were racist at the Lakeshore location .Dr Tamucci talks extremely fast and barely let her patient speaks . My appointment was at 2:15 . I waited an hour and a half to be seen . The receptionist was very perky with the white guests but not with me . I was the last person to leave and the two white ladies that came in after me were gone . They need to work on their social skills and definitely time management. I have excellent insurance, just not the right color apparently. 🙄Â
I called with an inquiry regarding a PCR Covid test for travel. I spoke with Vivian White with several questions and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and had a wonderful attitude throughout our discussion. She was very patient, extremely courteous and cordial with me. I found out all I needed to know and I am very grateful for her service.Â
