If I could give 0 stars I would. I felt like they were racist at the Lakeshore location .Dr Tamucci talks extremely fast and barely let her patient speaks . My appointment was at 2:15 . I waited an hour and a half to be seen . The receptionist was very perky with the white guests but not with me . I was the last person to leave and the two white ladies that came in after me were gone . They need to work on their social skills and definitely time management. I have excellent insurance, just not the right color apparently. 🙄
I called with an inquiry regarding a PCR Covid test for travel. I spoke with Vivian White with several questions and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and had a wonderful attitude throughout our discussion. She was very patient, extremely courteous and cordial with me. I found out all I needed to know and I am very grateful for her service.

Slowest place on earth; arrived at 8:00am, maybe 2 ahead of me; finally seen at 10:00am - customer service stinks...if i make it out alive, ill never return!
Do not come here without an appt, no matter how minor the issue. Scheduling an appt here is the difference between getting seen by a capable doctor vs getting seen by a plumber in a lab coat.
