The middle eastern receptionist girl was rude. I have been going here since 2009 but these last 2 visits have been very frustrating today just topped it off. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I just walked out and told her to keep the co-pay. �
Dr Perry is wonderful! He is the best doctor i have ever seen. If you havent been to Med Help on 280 you should.

This medical facility doubled charged on the doctor visit and completely refuses to correct their error. They are definitely out to over charge their patients, so morally wrong.
Saw the sports medicine specialist for a follow up visit after an ankle sprain. I was admitted to an exam room early and saw the doc quickly. Dr. Perry and the staff were friendly and attentive. And the follow up visit was much more thorough than my original exam at Lakeshore. I've had issues in the past with staff availability, quality care and long wait times at MedHelp both in general and specifically at this location, but based on this most recent visit, they seem to have really turned things around.
