I went Med Help on Wedensday November 26th 2022 for a sinus infection. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes , took a covid and flu test, sat outside in the car for 30 minutes, saw the doctor told him the medicine I was allergic to and they still called in the wrong medication. Apparently they don't know the generic names of their medication. Paid for the medicine only to find out it was wrong, could not take it back so I'm out of money on that. [[go anywhere else]] [[horrible experience]] [[hipaa concerns]] I made an appointment for a COVID test, was on time and waited for 45 minutes in the parking lot as instructed. Out of nowhere, a vehicle drives up to the curb of a side door and was immediately tested by a staff that went straight back inside without testing any of the other patients that had been waiting in their turn. I would be surprised if the tested patient even put his vehicle in park before he got tested (surprising, because you can't even get someone in... read more

RecommendedThe entire staff that I have had contact with has been amazing. Everyone is not just courteous, but you can tell they genuinely care about people. Dr. Perry and his staff are easy to communicate with and have gone above and beyond to help get me back on my feet. I'm still a work in progress but they haven't given up on me when other doctors have thrown their hands up in defeat. Not having insurance kind of ties everyone's hands when trying to get a diagnosis. They have, and continue to, work with me to get the best outcome.
Dr. Perry is the best doctor I have had since my PCP of 10 years retired 5 years ago. I take a medication that requires Me to see him in every 3 months. Every visit he spends ample time to listen to every ache and pain and has never failed to address each problem. He never leaves me waiting in the exam room more than a few minutes. Absolutely love Dr. Perry. He actually listens to your concerns and is so easy to talk to. By far, the best doctor I’ve ever had!!
We have had amazing experience there we went there one day for urgent care and then we live finding a doctor there and the pharmacy is awesome they work with you to help you find coupons for your medicine or anything really
Proof of payment via credit card is continuously ignored in favor of double billing me.
