If I could give 0 stars I would. I felt like they were racist at the Lakeshore location .Dr Tamucci talks extremely fast and barely let her patient speaks . My appointment was at 2:15 . I waited an hour and a half to be seen . The receptionist was very perky with the white guests but not with me . I was the last person to leave and the two white ladies that came in after me were gone . They need to work on their social skills and definitely time management. I have excellent insurance, just not the right color apparently. 🙄

I called with an inquiry regarding a PCR Covid test for travel. I spoke with Vivian White with several questions and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and had a wonderful attitude throughout our discussion. She was very patient, extremely courteous and cordial with me. I found out all I needed to know and I am very grateful for her service.

I went Med Help on Wedensday November 26th 2022 for a sinus infection. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes , took a covid and flu test, sat outside in the car for 30 minutes, saw the doctor told him the medicine I was allergic to and they still called in the wrong medication. Apparently they don't know the generic names of their medication. Paid for the medicine only to find out it was wrong, could not take it back so I'm out of money on that. This was my first visit and I must say that I was very impressed..the staff returned my call really quick and was very nice... they made my experience less stressful. Very professional....
