This establishment is a disgrace and should not be allowed for the sake of all pets that need medical help. I set up an appointment a week ago, hoping to receive a cytopoint injection for my dog who has had skin problems for the past year or so. We have a dermatologist for him up at Tufts in Walpole, but to cut costs and for convenience, we decided to bring him here. Upon entering the facility, it looked run down and messy. If zero was an option... My 13.5 week old puppy has been experiencing explosive diarrhea and coughing. From speaking to his vet they said to send him to a hospital. Medford Pet Clinic was the closest to me. I called at 1:00pm on 3/11/ spoke to this woman (maybe named Emily, pretty sure when I called back she gave me a fake name, after I asked to speak to the supervisor.) We have very difficult dogs-fear aggressive. The staff have always been very professional and very helpful to make sure our pups can come in when others are not around, trimming their nail (not easy to do). I have had great luck for routine care here.
