OK so my day started when I was supposed to be picked up @930am for an appointment @1030am, they were an hour late and I ended up being late for my appointment. But that's not the end of my fun day with Medfleet! I called for a return trip back to my Subacute rehab @1145am, it is now 141pm @ the time of this post and I STILL DONT HAVE A RIDE!! \SMH. They came at the time of the appointment to pick up my patient. She was 30 minutes late. Then we waited over an hour for them to pick her up. I think what this company needs is some competition, maybe then will they make their passengers a priority!!!!!!!
My facility uses them often they always show up in a timely manner and have tons of patience whith my residents who are not the easiest to handle
Great Medical Transportation company to work for and with! There have been a lot of changes within the insurance field that includes both Medicare and Medicaid that affects how a transportation service operates. For example the State of Florida went to statewide Medicaid Managed Care for all Medicaid clients. Due to this change ALL non emergency transport arrangements most be made through an assigned broker in order to be covered.
