Unprofessional staff. Shirts untucked. Hats on backwards. Always taking smoke breaks. Having said that, Chauncey, their supervisor is trying to improve their performance.
One star is too many. If you’re looking for prompt and dependable service DO NOT employ this company. My sister lives in a nursing home and depends on medication and a special machine to help her use the restroom. When I arranged transportation for her to my home I specifically asked for a 4:00p.m. pick up to accommodate these needs. I also reminded the driver twice when he dropped her off. After 4 phone calls they finally picked her up at 6:20p.m. . I feel that at a rate of $140.00 for a 7 mile trip they could be on time. W... read more
