My insurance plan started last month. It came with transportation. I decided to use it on a trip from Hudson to Tampa today. I was a little bit concerned about how it would go especially due to my environmental sensitivities. Every aspect of my transportation benefit exceeded my expectations. If negative star rating were possible that would be their rating. They were over a hour and a half late picking up my brother. While transporting someone to hospice isn't a big deal to them it was a big deal to me.
For the record, I am an ex employee of Medfleet. I read some of the reviews about having to wait longer than anticipated or quoted. I will tell you this, in all of the meetings that I was ever a part of with the GM and Operations Manager, the topic that mattered the most was not how many trips did we do? It was how was our performance on each of the trips that we did. The company truly cares more about how well they do than anything.
