Staff is excellent, courteous, prompt, caring. Would 100% recommend!!
Best Family Doctors in Chambersburg. Dr. Susan Arnaud the is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. They treat me regularly, give me good medicine and I always feel better and get well. They always ask about my health insurance so they can make sure the medication is covered.
30 minutes in/out, prompt and helpful staff...great RN and Doctor...will be back when the need arises...
gave me someone else's paper work. "Hipaa" I called them and told me to destroy them. I asked where mine are and they said they would send a copy. Very Wrong.
This place is a joke I would not recommend this place for your dog!! My son had a broken collar bone and they did not except are insurance and said we would have to pay for everything. We did want to go to the er because of the flu going around but that's what we did. Why put it out there that you help people when you turn people away that have insurance!!!
They are always great. In fact, I had to stop there today on the way home from Williamsburg because I was having an eye problem--all day. I am so glad they are there.
