Med Hours :/...... after being here for a long wait . We witness the working at the front desk talk about a patient that left pretty mad . That's very professional isn't it .

Waited almost 2 hours just for a work physical, what a joke!
Went in for an instant 5 panel non DOT drug test. They wanted to charged $119.00. They said i had to see the Doctor just for a drug test. That is BS...... Went to Wellspan and got the 5 panel non DOT drug test for $42 and didn't have to see doctor in the process. ....MedExpress is running a racket to get more money. They lost a customer. Will never go back.
Visited here a week ago, was prescribed and antibiotic after getting home and reading the possible extreme side effects of this particular antibiotic I chose not to take them until I got a confirmed diagnosis . It's been over a week for a urinalysis ? . I'll suffer for free next time. Im also a bit concerned that the doctor prescribed such a dangerous antibiotic without confirmation of what i even had. I wont go back.
The lady at the front desk had an attitude and rushed us. Their "private" room is not very private. I could hear the nurse and patient talking through the door, the nurse was being very loud. I was even sitting in the middle of the waiting area by the window. It took them 15 minutes til they called us to the window just to ask what we were being seen for, we were the only ones in the waiting area. We were then told it would cost us $75 with our insurance. We ended up leaving. What a waste of time!
