Been there twice in less than a month for gout attack which I still have, the latest was being last Wednesday and now they want me to come in and pay a third office visit to prescribe me the same anti inflammatory meds. They call a day or two after the visit to see how you are doing and when I told them I was no better they want me to come in again so they can get another office visit. Not to mention the first time I went in for a gout attack about a month ago they did an EKG which was totally normal.
I went in today to be seen by the doctor. I was told since my insurance’s website was down I had two options I could pay for my visit or give them my debit card I refused. The chunky nasty girl with black rimmed glasses at the front desk was nasty and rude. Blonde lady was way to concerned scratching her lottery tickets off to even pay attention the other girl just didn’t care. All three refused to give me their names. I realize there is a huge need for this business in our communities. As a nurse it concerns me there are no masks in the waiting area and the only hand sanitizer is located at the windows which make them not accessible when patients are seated there. The people are nice and gave me a mask when I asked. It will prevent the spread of infection if masks and hand sanitizer are available to the public ....You can’t deny it looks like a casting call for The walking dead in here �
Only go here if you want to die. The old Dr. Is about worthless over talks you and gives meds bases on symptoms you don't even have.
Had a great experience yesterday. Would go back. Cost me a little more in my copay because they are not in my network but it was worth it.
Had to wait over two hours with my sons hand bleeding with a cut they were extremely busy but after they took us back the doctor did an awesome job with 5 stitches and the staff was very nice and friendly and they apologized for the long wait ! I would go back if needed
