Attempted to charge 50$ copay despite having a secondary insurance and not having to pay copays over the past four years. Called the help center and they confirmed I should not have been charged a copay. Receptionist claimed she was the manger when I asked to speak to one and now the other receptionist are blatantly lying. Went away without getting medical care because of their incompetence.
RecommendedStopped in for a cut on my leg. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get my prescription on site. The whole visit was less than an hour. For me this is awesome. 5 stars
I went in yesterday and wasn’t checked for anything. The dr listened to me and told me I had to take these 6 pills for a week. No diagnosis given. I was having flu like symptoms as well as trouble breathing and being a severe asthmatic, that’s dangerous. Today I am admitted to the hospital for the Coronavirus. I’ll never be back 0/10. Don’t go here.
Over a two hour wait! I should’ve took her to the ER to be seen. Sad when all you see is people on their computers.
This place is the worst. The wait is long and they could less about you as a person!! Never come here for anything your better off to wait at the ER.
Usually much quicker than this, but better than an ER if you can help it�
Staff is so kind and helpful ... have never had any problems!
Amazingly fast service. The facility was spotless. Quick and efficient care.
