This place is garbage . Staff and doctors treat you like crap. They did not look at my son and billed me. All they did was call an ambulance I have disputed this bill to no resolve . Do not go here

This place is a Joke. I called and wanted tested for COVID 19, and the lady answered all of my questions. They bill your insurance etc, results 3-6 days, all good right? Drove an hour to this place, only to be told they have only 6 test kits available to use every day! Huh?? Not a word was mentioned when I was on the phone to them. So don’t waste your time....
I was treated very quickly. Everyone on staff was extremely kind, caring, answering all my questions and very professional. Tests were done quickly but efficiently. 5 stars. I will be a repeat customer.

Went to get my pre employment physical, which their website states they offer them... they refused, stating they do not feel comfortable since I’m not a regular patient to the doctor??? It’s not a family practice, it’s a form checking yes or no I can do my job... unbelievable 🤬 Heritage Valley Convenient Care across the street completed it with no issues

Horrible place! I have given them three tries-and all three times they have been horrible! The worst care, they don’t listen, they don’t take even a brief history. This last time I went in and stated specifically what I needed, and of course they didn’t listen and diagnosed me with something far off in outer space. And now I am in the hospital because I continued to get worse after going there. Will NOT be going back!!!
