MedExpress did an amazing job at helping us stop the bleeding with a laceration on my daughters finger so we could continue to the hospital. Thank you.
The staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I did not like the orthopedic surgeon they sent me to.

Had to take 2 of my kids there on a Sunday morning. Was not happy when I was told that since my dghtr is 18, she had to have her ID, SS card or her birth certificate to be seen. Even though she is on our insurance policy, we are listed as the guarantors, they would not see her without them- UNLESS we paid up front $119!!!!! Hopefully our insurance wasn't billed as well! Please explain how this makes any sense whatsoever. I highly doubt an adult Medicaid pt would be treated the same!
I want to thank MedExpress for the very poor service they gave my husband.He went in yesterday and they told him he had a stomach virus, despite the fact that he was a slight shade of yellow,that didn't concern them.So since no blood work was done when he passed out last night and had to be rushed to the hospital in an ambulance they found out that he only had about a 1/4 of the blood he should have and had internal bleeding.I was told last night that if he would t have came in when he did he might not have made it through t... read more
If you advertise that you are open until 8:00 pm, you should probably stay open until 8:00 p.m.
It's amazing here, I'm in shock on how super clean n pleasant the workers are, lol. I'm in pain and I haven't seen Dr yet, in waiting room but if the Drs are anything like the environment, then I've come to the right place
If anyone knows or sees James Williams -- one of the primary attendants and physician assistants at Med Express in Lavale, tell him again I said thanks. He made a very stressful moment calm and alleviated the fears of a very anxious patient (me). We often hear of people's bad experiences in emergency room situations but this professional went above and beyond today. I'm glad he was there. Great guy!
